Hello!
I think the meaning of "language exchange partner" in Japanese goes like this: ¸À¸ì¸ò´¹¤ÎÁêËÀ¡Ögengo koukan no aiboo¡×if I'm not mistaken.

And can you specify the meaning of "btw" in English? Is it the abbreviation of something?

btw is 'by the way' abbreviated.

"by the way" is correct but in some cases you may find some people shorten the word "between" to "btw" as well.
