Estoy interesada en aprender francés e inglés
Buenas noches.
Estoy interesada en aprender en primer lugar francés, ya que me gustaría abrirme camino en Francia, a ser posible en Marsella, porque me gusta el mar. He terminado un Grado Medio de Auxiliar de Enfermería. En segundo lugar si mi cerebro lo permite, quisiera aprender inglés.
A cambio, puedo enseñar español, que hablo perfectamente e incluso puedo enseñar Catalán.

soy Francesa y quiero mejorar mi español.
No vivo en Marseilles, pero en Nantes que es al lado del mar también.
Aprendo la biología en la Universidad y voy a intentar de devenir un vetenaria.

"Tengo que practicar..." I don't understand, if there's an obbligation, of some sort, to practice sports, then it's alright but sounds a little off. If you could give some context just on this one or what you intended to say.
When you say "soy" the "yo" is a little redundant. Just like you didn't say "yo tengo" on the next sentence.
Hope I can be of some use and it makes sense.
It's not that they're inherently wrong, specially if you're just beginning, just that they sound unnatural. Hopefully you will catch up with that in time.
AND I can point you to a good resource at wordreference.com that has some useful dictionaries and synonyms in spanish. Let me know what you think. They don't pay me or anything LOL

If it's an obligation then "Tengo que" is alright. Could you give more context on the second one?

or "Hola... y soy de los Estados..." (and I'm from)
In spanish you don't have to always put I, because it's implicit with "soy" or "estoy"
"Tengo", I don't understand if you have to, like ans obligation then it's fine, what did you intend to say?
