Does Anyone know how to make rice balls?
This is kind of a dumb question,but is there anyone here that knows how to make riceballs?If anyone can tell me that,I can give you some Greek recipies...

I love greek food! I go to my town's greek festival every year! Are you greek?
To make riceballs you cook the rice, but use a smaller amount of water so that the rice is extra sticky. Then take a handful of rice and make a cup with your palm. put it in your palm. Then add some meat or whatever. then put a little rice on top to cover that. then you squish it together and pass it between your hands until it stays together in ball shape. don't put too much meat in the center! i usually wrap the balls in plastic for a couple minutes to make sure they keep they're shape!

Hmm...I thought you added a little bit MORE water to make it stickier? (Ah, I might be wrong!)
And I always thought you shaped them into a triangle shape...
And do you need salt?
