Literally, it's like "I shit on your whore skull" (we use "puta"="whore" instead of "fucking"="jodida" in Spanish sometimes). But, ok, it's like saying "I shit on your skull" haha. It means you hate that person so much that you feel the desire to shit on him/her :D
