Details: RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Food Service: Receive and rotate food and other supplies and store in designated area of kitchen; Carry supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Ensure left over food is stored properly Clean equipment between, utensils and dishes by hand using three-sink method or using commercial dishwasher Sweep floor, wipe tables and counters, fill supplies for next day, and perform general clean-up tasks. Clean garbage cans and sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup area; Sweep and scrub floors and walk-in refrigerator |
