Details: I am a German language translator and teacher with 7+ years of overall experience and have successfully completed elementary and intermediate (6 levels) courses in German Language from Max Mueller Bhavan, Mumbai which is equivalent to university graduation and also 3 specialisation courses: German language for business correspondence (PWD), advanced level literature course (Oberstufe) and Intensive Translation course (Übersetzungskurs). Work Experience: - I am currently working with Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2011 onwards Designation: Consultant – German language translator/interpreter/trainer -WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Nov-07 to Jun-11 Designation: Senior German Customer Service Analyst / Subject Matter Expert -K.V. Pendharkar College, Dombivli (E) Academic year 2006-07 • One year teaching experience as a German Language Lecturer. Credentials: • Completed ITIL v3 foundation course certification in Dec-2012 • Conducted German language interviews for German resources (i.e. Competency Based Interview- CBI) Key Strengths: • Highly dedicated and able to work and deliver independently • Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills • Hard working, sincere and completely reliable in terms of work • Keen to learn new things and grasp very quickly • Flair for languages |
