I'm a language lover (and speaker of several) whose current passion is Italian--but I have insufficient opportunity to practice it locally (U.S.) with people who are native or proficient. I hope to visit Italy sometime in the near future--although traveling there is not my *motive* for learning Italian, but rather a way (the far-and-away *best* way) to use and improve it!
