My approach to learning languages is the Communicative Approach. All activities proposed aim at communicating in the target language since the first lessons avoiding the use of mother tongue as much as possible. My focus is on a holistic model to understand the complexities of the language and be an autonomous learner as well, as the process of learning a language is a continuous one. The activities are planned using a different range of authentic materials and focusing on different language skills. |

Because of my studies I have a deep knowledge of the italian language. My previous job experiences in Italy and abroad have made me used to work with very different people coming from all over the world. I work with every level of students (from total beginners to advanced). I can plan lessons and produce my own teaching material using different methods (depending on the level and interests of the students I work with). My teaching style is based on a communicative approach. I think learning a language is not all about grammar. It is a teacher's duty to create an enjoyable environment in the class and make the students interact with each other, trying to develop their communicative skills from the very beginning. |

I usually take time each month (in a one year teaching period)to talk about the teaching/lear ning process: what did you prefer? what did you not like? How can we make it better for you? Il est selon moi intéressant que l'enseignant soit ou ait été lui-même confronter à l'apprentissa ge d'une langue étrangère afin de pouvoir délivrer un enseignment de qualité. En effet,selon moi cette expérience permet à l'enseignant d'anticiper les difficultés de l'étudiant.
