I believe that learning should be both stimulating /and/ fun, and I always strive to make my lessons dynamic and engaging. I've never stopped being a language student myself, so this helps me keep in mind my own students' perspectives and pushes me to always try to find better ways to teach.
Lan guage learning happens best in context, via engaging materials and natural conversation. The main focus of my lessons will usually be speaking and listening, as these are the skills you can't study alone, yet are vital to transferring your passive knowledge of a language into active knowledge. I use a combination of my own lesson plans, authentic articles, videos, photos, and audio taken from the web and some textbooks- particularly for exam practice- alternating between them to help you develop all your skills.
I am confident I can help you with your language learning needs, so feel free to send me a message! |

I use a range of different material ranging from Audio, video, powerpoint, role play exercises, news articles. My methods depend on you, the student. If you are a beginner we would focus on learning new vocabulary and grammar with fun activities and materials, a lot of repetition and grammar games. If you are more advanced we would focus on syntax, natural English and expressions with more advanced grammar forms. In all my classes the student should be talking at least 70% of the class for plenty of speaking and pronunciation practice!
How can I help you? Dependi ng on your needs and goals, I can help and support you. If you are lacking in certain areas of English, or you are a complete beginner, we will work together to make you a strong and confident speaker of English. |

Teaching approach: |
The teaching approach depends on the goal a student wants to reach and his/her strong or weak sides. I can give you as many grammar exercise as you'd like to understand the logic of the language, but it will not make you speak. Feeling confident in what you are saying - this is the most important thing. I also thing that language learning should be fun, so I always use all sorts of entertainemen t in my lectures, such as cartoons, movies and songs! |

Any language is a window to a culture it represents! I am a strong believer that to really get there, one needs to study the culture, history of english speaking world, at least to have a general idea. Who´s up for a trip to England or America?) |
