Giving the fact that what I teach is fully a language related course and because I want my students to learn and get better, I create conducive environment for them by relating to their every mood. I get to crack jokes with them at some point just to release tension. I'd use real life situations to relate to our course of study in order to help in their practicals. I understand my students capacities so I don't apply much pressure rather I work with their mental paces/capacit ies which works perfectly fine for them and at the end of the day they are good to go. I boost their self esteems which keeps them going on their academic journey. At some points, I play the teacher, mother, sister, friend figure(role) which let's them feel at home, that way they get to air their minds on whatever challenge they may be facing and I obviously help out(it's my duty).
