In general my approach will be more in speaking, the purpose is to introduce you the genuine expression that is usually used in conversation. If you want to be in depth in Grammar my approach would be different, HW is one of the best way in correcting your grammar errors, if you want to prepare about TOEFL, base on my experience I've also acted as an advisor in doing or giving tips and tricks.
If you are not good in English, don't worry I am also a certified English teacher in teaching English for second language means I teach English by using English, the aim is to give you the real situation as if you are in England and talking each other with british/nativ e English ^^.
