He trabajado en diferentes paises incluyendo India. Asi es que he tenido estudiantes de diferentes partes del mundo y en cada pais he aprendido algo nuevo e interesante. Por ejemplo en Mexico trabaje en el Tecnologico de Monterrey y ellos tienen un modelo especifico para ensenar el cual incluye 5 tecnicas de ensenazas las cuales se aplican dependiendo del la materia y del numero de estudiantes. Este es el modelo que se me ha hecho mas interesante para trabajar. En Estados Unidos se deja mas al estudiante estudiar por su cuenta y tambien he aprendido a como motivar a los estudiantes a estudiar por ellos mismos, y en India como seguir el ritmo de ensenanza. Creo que la mezcla de estos metodos es muy buena e interesante, a fin de cuentas lo mas importante es que el estudiante aprenda. |
