I will emphasize pronunciation and introduce vocabulary and grammar in everyday settings and situations. My teaching approach is to customize lessons and activities according to what the student needs in order to progress in the most effective and rapid manner.
Pr imary emphasis will be placed on speaking, writing and communicating correctly in the foreign language, at a pace that's comfortable for the student. Such hands-on instruction will serve to immerse the student in the foreign language.
Having a conversation with the student in the foreign language they're learning is an important way of helping them progress. I'll also encourage students to write in the foreign language.
A variety of assignments and lessons will help the student become more interested in learning the language.

My name is Adam, and I am a native English speaker from California. I have been teaching English as a second language now for five years, and I have taught English in Florida, South Korea, Panama, and Puerto Rico.
I offer ALL students a free 15-minute lesson to introduce them to my method and to orientate them to the idea of learning online.
All of my lessons are conducted through Skype, using a HD webcam and a USB headset. I provide all of my students a clear video of myself, so that they can see and head everything during the lesson.
