Teaching approach:	I use modern means to assist me in teaching. For example, native speakers videos help me in almost every class, so that my students get used to real English speech. I also exploit different vocabulary building games with children and tailor my lessons to individual needs. I always prepare carefully to every lesson. On the other hand, there are exercises and grammar rules which require being lernt, so hard working is what I ask for.
