Fantastic French Teacher with Lots of Patience I have found Elodie to be a great French teacher. She was able to gauge my level of competence in the language quickly ( I had studied at school 30 years ago ) and then develop a program for me that allowed me to progress quickly and logically based on 2 lessons per week. In my case, Elodie developed my lessons around the most frequently used tenses, present, past and future, providing explanations and written and verbal course work targeted at each set of verbs and tenses. My lessons have included both practical conversation, focusing on accent and pronunciation as well as conjugation theory, vocab expansion and homework review. Elodie is always very enthusiastic and positive in her approach to my lessons and very patient with an English speaker who struggles with many of the differences between the languages (word order, negation, etc.) If you are coming to France to learn French, Elodie has a great classroom and also makes excellent coffee!
