Great teacher for spoken and Written language. I started learning Italian with Ale to improve my understanding of classical songs in the Italian language, as an accompanist this is a big part of my job! However, the lessons have far exceeded all my expectations! Thanks to Ale's teaching, knowledge of Italian and English (to name a few), her patience and kindness, I was able to communicate and engage with locals during my last 2 visits to Italy. On the first of these visits I was travelling alone to many different destinations. I was able to understand bus & train timetables, I was particularly impressed with my knowledge when I managed to do this even when I'd missed a bus and was under serious time pressure to get my flight home!! The second visit was with 8 non-Italian speakers, that time I was the main interpreter when booking accommodation (by email, by phone and in person), ordering food or asking for directions in remote areas!! Grazie mille, Ale, per mi aiutare di parlare italiano e per l'opportunità di vedere Esino! Non vedo l'ora di tornare in italia. A presto, Bethan. xxx
