Excellent teacher Iryna is a native of both Russian and the Ukraine. She is a native speaker of both languages. She is a serious and professional teacher but allows for the many differences in her students ages and abilities. Always encouraging and motivating she does find time to make lessons interesting with anecdotes from her life in Russia and the Ukraine, thus giving lessons in the intrinsic character of the Russian. For beginners she stresses pronunciation, grammar, and the use of cases in the Russian language. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about this aspect of the languages and engages students, during the lesson, with questions pertaining to the lessons.
