To whom it may concern,
I am interested in learning Swahili. I am a beginner although I have started to learn some on my own using various internet resources as well as the Rosetta Stone program. I want to learn Swahili for several reasons. I plan on pursuing a career in medicine and in particular I am interested in international medicine. I thinking learning Swahili would be a great asset in working in various countries in Africa. I am already fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish and I am looking forward to learning Swahili. I would like to focus mostly on becoming conversationa lly fluent and of course learning grammar. I am a demanding and focused student so I expect the same of my teacher.
