I am learning this because I am a minister in an area with a high population of Vietnamese people.
I'll dedicate as much time as I can and as much as I can afford to pay for.
I want a teacher that can teach me the language inside and out. I am learning from Rosetta Stone but I find that while it seems to be pretty good, it still leaves something to be desired.
