My high school daughter is taking an on-line Latin III class. As a sophomore, she was first in her class in Latin I but, last year, her foundation in Latin II was very poor. The tutoring sessions would need to be in person so she and the tutor can work on the computer assignments together. She will receive a grade in the class but it will not count toward her GPA. It is a year long class and we live in northeast Fort Lauderdale. Thank you for your consideration .

Currently, I have no background in Polish (just ten words or so), but I would like to begin learning so I can trace my Polish ancestry as well as fit in better in my local community in Chicago.
G enerally, I learn best by teaching myself and working one-on-one. Ideally, I would like to study 2-4 hours with a tutor per week, and can commit 1/2 to 1 hour per day to homework. Due to my work schedule, I have a good opportunity to take a two week vacation in Poland towards the end of September, and would like to study intensively before then.

Hello,
I have just moved from Canada to the United States for a two year assignmnet. My two children, age 5 and 8, have been learning French in school and will need to maintain and expand their knowledge to be able to fit back into their schools withtout too much effort.
I am looking for private tution in my own home(but can be flexible), I can supply the curriculum that they will need to follow. I am a teacher myself and can help in developing materials that they will need.
I am looking for a teacher who can motivate my children with a variety of teaching methods which will be fun but still maintain a high level of progress.Time s and dates can be discussed but need to start in September/Oct ober 2007
