I would like to learn Ukrainian. I have taken Russian in university, and I have lived in Ukraine in the past, and did ok speaking with people. However, I have not used Russian at all in several years. I can still read Russian and Ukrainian but my grammar and vocabulary are very poor. I choose Ukrainian because I have relative that live in the west, and Russian is not favored, especially these days. I would like to be able to converse freely during every day events.

I do not know any Ukranian at all. My fathers grandparents moved to the US a long time ago. My father is 100% Ukranian.
