My name is Erin and I am a 43 year old American who has been living in London for over 20 years. I am a self employed Programme Director with a focus on digital transformatio n and change management.
I made a decision early in life that French would be my second language and I would come back to it when I was ready, and now is the time! I am looking for a private French tutor from 16th - 19th April in Avignon. I am staying with some friends and would like someone to take me out and about in the city and do day to day activities so I can immerse myself in today every day life. I would also like to have some book work and homework to make the most of it.
Furthe r to this, I am currently doing an EMBA at a prestigious university in London and am committed to my education and I am viewing this as a classroom!

I am a beginner in Bulgarian but can comprehend the alphabet and ask very basic questions. I am looking for 'Live - in person' lesson to have the discipline of at least undertaking a fixed length of lesson on a regular basis.
I am used to learning languages and in addition in English speak with varying degrees of proficiency, Welsh, German, Modern Greek, Portugese plus a little Spanish and Gaelic. I like to understand the grammer of a language rather than just learn sample phrases and vocabulary.
I own a property in Bulgaria and wish to learn the language to be able to speak with neighbours, order food and drink with proficiency, organise travel on public transport and by car, deal with local oficials and so forth.

Hello
I work as a designer, and am proposing new designs for companies in Italy and France, which is why I want to improve my language skills. I would like to spend time in Italy with a teacher who can teach Italian and French. I would like to learn in a small group or one to one as well as learning via phone, Skype and email. If you offer accomodation for a student, that would be great, but is not a prerequisite for you contacting me. I learned some French at school and have started teaching myself some Italian.

I wish to learn Farsi because my husband is Iranian and I want to bring up our children as Farsi speakers.
My proficiency level is beginner and I am particularly interested in developing general conversationa l skills, although I also wish to learn to read and write Farsi in due course.
I work full time at present so have time in the evenings and weekends to study, but will be going on maternity leave in mid-August / September so will have more free time then.
I am willing to undertake self-study but would like to find a teacher who can help me with more difficult issues and provide general support. I am flexible as to whether lessons are on line or in person, but I will have limited mobility from mid-August so would need any lessons in person to be at my home in NW London.
