I wish to learn albanian fluently to further myself in my career and also in my personal life. I would wish to learn this language over phone conversations and in person. I am avalibale in the evening after 8pm and on sunday.

I am hoping to learn Urdu for professional and personal reasons.
I work in the nhs so it would be very useful to be able to speak an Asian language.
I have been learning independently using a teach yourself book, however I'm struggling to get anywhere without any speaking practice. I am familiar with the alphabet and can read Urdu (slowly). I would like to be able to hold basic conversations and get a good grasp of grammar so that I can add to my knowledge learning more vocabulary independently .
Ideally I'd like 1-3 hours taught time a week.
I would like a teacher who feels confident to help me overcome my nervousness in speaking foreign languages. I would like my teacher to be flexible to change the pace of the classes depending on my progess, I wouldn't like to feel I was being held back or, conversely, pushed too fast.
