I would like to learn gujarati to a conversationa l level, to be able to communicate to my partner's family in gujarati. My mother is a native Serbo-Croat speaker but my father was English and she never taught me to speak her language. All my family live in either Croatia or Serbia and I am desperate to learn how to communicate with them.
I am a beginner as I have tried using a book and audio CD pack from the library but did not get on with that method of learning.
I would like to start with weekly lessons. My main aim is aural communication . However, I also want to progress to being a competent writer or Serbian/Croat ian.
I have a car and am willing to travel for lessons.
