I studied spanish for a year in 1993 as part of a Business National Diploma, however I was not very commited and have retained very little of my knowledge.
I would like to eventually become fluent in Spanish so would like to start as a beginner again.
I would like someone who is reliable. I would like one to one lessons as I feel I really would benefit more from this than a group class.

Jam bo! Habari?
I hope you can help me to learn Kiswahili at a basic level. I am an English woman in her 30s who has a great interest in East Africa.
My husband grew up in Kenya and I visited there for the first time on our honeymoon this year (Mombasa, Diani, Elementaita, Gilgil, Nairobi). I fell in love with the country and we are going back there on holiday next March (walking up Mount Kenya then relaxing at Diani).
In the long term my plan would be to live in Kenya. To do this I must have some language skills. At present I know a very few words.
I learn best face to face in small (2 - 8 people) groups, or 1 to 1.
I am a full time student at Norwich City College, studying hospitality management. At present I am on full time work placement in Sheringham which means I am free on Monday and Tuesday only. By October my diary will be more flexible. I would like to start lessons as soon as possible. Currently, I could dedicate 2 - 3 hours a week to learning Kiswahili.
I have my own car so I can travel to lessons if necessary.
I am looking for someone who I can learn from in Norfolk, who is patient, who has a sense of humour, who is preferably (but not exclusively) Kenyan and who would be able to teach me about their culture as well as their language.

My son (age 8) and I would like to learn Swahili. We spent a few weeks in Kenya on holiday and would love to learn the language. We could possibly spend up to an hour and a half on a Saturday.
I would like a teacher who is fluent in the languge and also has the skills to teach others.

Myself and my fiancee are to visit france on holiday this september. We are very keen to learn the language for future use and are investigating moving to France to live in the forthcomming year.
We have only studied french at school (many years ago) and recently through a self study course and are looking for a local tutor near to where we live for July and August to build on this basic knowledge.
Our intention is to stay in the south of France for a two week duration through which we would like to find private tuition for the two of us for up to three hours a day. We feel this will give us the benefit of live learning experiences and sufficient free time to enjoy our holiday.
W e would be flexible in the timing of our tuition, though our objective would be to increase fluency and basic grammar.

I am only a beginner, but i am determined to learn the language hindi. i have wanted to learn the language since i was young, but never got round to it. I have just finished my Key stage 3 S.A.T's and i am now working towards my G.C.S.E's. that is the main reason i want to learn hindi. i want to be able to take it as an extra language. thank you.
