I would like to learn Basque because it was the language of my ancestors, many, many generations ago. Now with ample access to the Internet one could hear the language spoken, read the news in Euskera and get acquainted with the ancient history and customs of the Basque people.
Being completely new to the Basque language, I need to start from zero. My aim is to be able to converse in Euskera and be able to read and, eventually, write in this language as well. My mother tongue is Spanish.
T he amount of time I could dedicate to the study of Basque is about four hours a week.
My language tutor should have enough knowledge to be a teacher of Basque and passion for teaching Euskera. I would prefer to have a native speaker as a tutor and that he or she had access to the Internet and Skype, but is only a preference. My tutor’s age is not relevant.

I’m a business man doing business in the Balkans and would like to learn Serbo-Croatia n. This is very useful as most people in the former Yugoslavia speak Serbo-Croatia n. I have been studying Chinese on and off for 20+ years. I have learned a lot and forgotten a lot. I want to raise my proficiency quickly. Need to concentrate on conversation for and upcoming test. I'm a beginner in learning Japanese. I am doing the Rosetta stone learning process but would also like someone in person to teach me. I want to learn Japanese because I like their culture and would like to someday visit Japan. I think that if you go to a different country you should be able to speak enough of their language to communicate with the people there. I'm willing to give as much time as the teacher would be willing to. I also would like to be able to read Japanese too.
