I am a beginner seeking to learn Cantonese. I want to learn the language for two reasons, first my fiance is from Hong Kong and he and his family speak Cantonese and second, when we have children I would like them to learn the language and I want to be able to support nad help the learning process.
I am willing to dedicate up to 3 hours of face to face time but many more learning and practicing on my own during the week. I am lookiing for a tutor who is fluent in both languages so that I can be corrected when I make a mistake and also one who is patient, becuase I will make mistakes.

I lived in China when I was young and had a good understanding of the language. I plan to move back in a few months and consider my level to be in between beginner and intermediate.
I will be taking a job in Beijing and will need to regain the language.

I am as green as can be in this area. I have absolutely no knowledge of the Chinese language other than it being Chinese!
My primary reason for wanting to learn to speak Chinese is to broaden my employment opportunities . I would like to be a translator for business. On a personal level I also have a desire to broaden my horizons and learn more about Chinese culture.
I work quite a bit but I think I would be able to dedicate 12 - 16 hours a week between classroom and study.
I want someone who can teach patiently and thouroughly. passionately and systematic.
