I am listening to some tapes but I guess I am a beginner. I want to be able to communicate with my chefs better so that I can lead and coach them for my company. My focus right now is conversationa l Spanish.As far as time, what ever it takes because this is important to me, the guys and to our company. A teacher that can be fun and help me retain the information. I really want to be able to understand my employees and how they think, what they need and I can't become a leader for them and help them grow if I can't communicate with them.J

My wife and I are beginners anting to learn basic conversaional Spanish. We are planning a move to Panama in a year and want to develope a base. we want to have the lessons at our home as we have small children that will be sleeping. We wanted 2 nights a week 90 minutes per lesson.
