I want to learn english, Because I want to improve my grammar and speech, I currently work for a big corporate, I have lot a experience on what I do and sometimes I felt not communicating the way I want do sent let it me show my peer am lot better of what they think of me. Am aware that one of my weakness is that am not fluent and sometime is hard for me to communicate my ideas, its frustrating not able to find the worlds that I know, but I cannot connect them when I need them, usually I get nervous, and this is also a reason why i cannot put my sentence in order. Since my job requires too much of my time in the field ( on the road) am looking for a schedule works for me,

I want Urdu learning for my two children 7 years boy and 11 years girl. It should not be just conversation or spoken but I want the complete aspect of language that is grammar and reading writing.
I think two days are good in a week since kids are very busy during week days so weekends would be ideal for Urdu learning.

I am learning French to enhance my career. I currently work for Essilor of America, which is a French owned company based in Paris France.
I would give myself a proficiency level of beginner. I have studied Rosetta Stone through level 2 and I am currently on level 2 of Pimsleur. Rosetta Stone seems to be good for learning vocabulary, while Pimsleur is better for conversationa l, but I think an instructor would help guide me to improve faster. I feel that I can comfortably spend 2 hours a day studying French. I also have a 2 hour commute per day that allows me to listen to French on an IPOD.
