She is being going once a week to a Greek school in Pasadena for the last three years, but we are not satisfied with the progress & time we have to spend commuting. I've taken Japanese 101 and 102 lessons, so I believe that I'm at least an somewhat advanced beginner. I'm learning Japanese because I plan to live in Japan for at least 2-5 years. I plan to visit the following cities: Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Gifu, Tokyo, and Yokohama. I would like to be able to navigate myself through Japan fluently and efficiently. My strong point is learning words. I'm willing to dedicate as much time it takes to learn a language fluently. I'm looking for a teacher who is able to help me become fluent quickly and with dedicated time.

My proficiency level for tagalog is at a beginnger even though I have been around it for my whole life. I am Fil-Am Half filipino and half american. I visited the Philippines this past summer and I think i will do study abroad there for a semester. My mother always speaks it along with my titas and titos and my Lola. I would really like to learn the language of my mother and be able to converse with her and all of my family better. When ever we have parties there are lots of Filipinos and they all speak tagalog. It will also help with my career aspects as I am a International Studies major and last of all I love the Philippines!! !
