I am a mature professional woman going back to her roots.
My father is Vietnamese from HCM city but we spoke French when I was a child because my mother is French. I have been learning basic reading on my own and with my father's help over the phone, but I would like to learn a bit of conversation. I don't feel comfortable in the basic communication skills: saying hello, describing my family, my work - all the beginner's subjects.
I would like to dedicate 1 or 2 hours a week to a lesson. I would like my teacher to give me confidence to communicate correctly at a beginner's level - provide me with the vocabulary and syntax necessary to do this, and I will do the background learning work and practice.
