I am a beginner with Haitian Creole. I have been to Haiti twice to volunteer at a medical clinic. I want to become proficient in creole because I am planning to work there extensively over the next several years. I am a beginner in trying to learn Haitian Creole (Kreyol). I am in the process of adopting a child from Haiti and one of my motivations has been to learn Kreyol. I have tried to learn from books/CDs but it is difficult without the structure of a classroom setting and without others to practice. I'd particularly like to learn conversation, especially in an immersion curriculum. I am fluent in French.
