I am considering relocating to Bangkok, Thailand, and would like to learn to speak, read, and write in Thai. I have many friends that live in Thailand and I visit there regularly. I want to get exposure to the Thai language, but have difficulty learning from cassettes or cd's. I am a beginner in Farsi language and I am seeking a teacher who is able to be accredited through the University of Hawaii. Although I do not know if this is even possible, I am hoping! I am pursuing a degree in dance ethnology at UH and am focusing my thesis upon Persian dance, a style with which I do have a fair amount of familiarity and which I have performed with an Iranian band since 2001 in Seattle, WA. I would dedicate myself to two lessons a week. Thank you!
