I am interested to enroll my children to attend mandarin classes to upgrade their multi-lingual proficiency in a multi-racial community in malaysia.
Basically they have no knowledge of the language and would like to begin from the very basic level.
I would like to seek for a language teacher that can allocate her/his time for my children during the upcoming school holidays (November/Dec ember 2006).

I have studied Mandarin for 12 weeks in Beijing. I am probably advanced beginner in classificatio n.
I need to learn new grammar and practice conversation (with correction of tones and pronounciatio n). I have less emphasis on writing Chinese, just so that I can read it.
I'm only in Kuala Lumpur for 8 to 9 more weeks, so this is short term. I'm looking for a minimum of four hours a week split into two sessions. 5 hours would be good.
