I'm Italian living in Melbourne and i wish to find a job in Romania within next year. I need to learn Romanian language from scratch, and i'm available saturday, sunday and all the evenings during the week. Ideally i would like to dedicate 2/3 hours a week for private lessons

I want to learn Romanian because in about 1.5 years I will be traveling to Romania to volunteer in a kindergarten In Cluj. I have little experience with the language, but I have spent a period of 2 weeks twice in Cluj, Romania before. I want to learn the language in order to create opportunities for my teaching career in the future. I am looking for weekend classes, and possibly day classes during the week when 2006 starts.

I am basically a beginner although I have worked for 2 weeks each year for the last 4 years in Onesti. I would like to be able to communicate with the children of the Placement Centre where we work in the summer and with the carers and the volunteers. I would be looking mainly to learn conversation. I would be interested in a couple of hours a week throughout the term times. I would prefer to have a native Romanian and someone who has a lot of patience! I am not a natural language learner but I love Romania and I love the people and am keen to learn.
