Dear Ms.Lily Lim,
This is kalyan and I work for a software company in Icity, Shah Alam.
My job requires me to implement our software at client places and also do some marketing (like getting introduced to prospects, convincing them and also convincing my customers when requirements in software cannot be met completely). As most of our clients are chinese companies operating in malaysia, I do feel the need for learning chinese language (cantonese preferably, mandarin also ok) in order to win the confidence of my customers. I feel this might help in my career as basically malaysia to me seems like chinese driven economy and for foreigners like me winning the confidence of chinese is very important in establishing good professional relations.
I am basically very fluent in English (spoken and written) but a total zero in chinese (just know the word tse tse (which means thank you as someone told me)). I therefore fall under the beginner category. I request you to consider my application and thank you in advance.

Hi,
I've always been what Malaysians call a 'banana' and it's affecting me really badly now that I'm working alone. I always had help from a chinese speaking friend before, but now there's a lot of miscommunicat ion at work and me and my colleagues find it hard to express ourself to one and other.
I can spend my weekends learning or night classes on week days.
