I want to learn Vietnamese so that I will be able to properly communicate with other Vietnamese people. I know basic words and when I don't know a word in Vietnamese, I would speak 'Viet-lish' and just substitute the english word in there. I believe I also incorporate English grammar into my Vietnamese sentences.. No one has ever said anything about it but I think I do it..
For my lesson, I'd like to have one intense class a week. What I really look for in a teacher is that they REALLY know how to teach. Like, they know where to start, where to end, how others percieve new concepts (so how peoples' minds work), and the best method to get something through to their student. A teacher who is always thinking of their student and how to take them further ahead, especially when there are hurdles.
A strict teacher is fun to have but once they become too strict it gets kind of uncomfortable to go to class (if they get angry, I mean).

I'v just arrived Ho chi Minh 2 weeks ago to work at the branch.
I don't know about vietnam and vietnamese at all so what I really want to know is not only vietnamese language but also about vietnamese cultures.
Ac tually, My work schedule changes frequently.
So, I'm finding a sort of private course that I can adjust the class schedule.
On e or two days in a week (Maybe one of weekend and one of weekdays, it can be changed everyweek) are available to learn the language.
Fr ankly, I know I'm a kind of terrible student.
But If you'll give me a chance to learn, I'll appreciate.
