I began learning Hindi with a computer program, but wish to go further with the language (both conversationa l Hindi and written Devanagari). I am moving to India in the fall of 2007 to pursue a career as a film editor. Before I leave that fall, I want an advanced knowledge of the language (as much as one can have in two years). Currently, I have a fair knowledge of basic Hindi. I am looking for a teacher in the Cleveland/Akr on area, who is willing to tutor me after work or on the weekend.

I came across this site while searching for hindi classes in the baltimore area. I am interested in improving my conversationa l hindi, and also learning the basics of reading and writing.
