I am wanting to learn Nepali.
My husband is Nepali and I have many family members in Nepal (Kwoteshor/ Pepsi Cola) who speak little to no English, namely my beloved Mother in law.
I can speak basic, but need my nepali book on hand or I am not confident enough to use what I do know, so I am very much a beginner.
My ultimate aim is to become quite profient in the Language, so I can communicate with family and Nepali friends with confidence and avoid the feeling of isolation when socialising in Nepali circles.
I am happy to devote as much time as required, also work full time so evenings and weekends are more preferable.
In regard to what qualities I am looking for in my teacher, I hope he/she would be patient but also someone who who would make the learning both enjoyable and informative.

Hi, I have two boys at the ages of 5 and 7 whom I would like to learn Greek. My husband and I are both Greek so it is important to us that our boys learn their native language too. They haven't taken any Greek classes so they would have to start at beginners level. They understand some Greek when a simple question is asked, however they always respond back in English. Basically what I want is for them to be able to hold a conversation in Greek, learn to say the Greek alphabet, numbers etc. An hour a week would be sufficient for their lesson at this point in time.
