I am planning to relocate to Germany with my wife on 1st April 2011 for employment in Siemens, Germany. To apply for German residence visa for my wife , It is mandatory to have German language A-1 certificate.

I am a senior Executive working for a Japanese Company in India, joined within last one year. I have a basic understanding of japanese language.
My objective is to learn to speak Japanese and make simple day to day conversations with my japanese colleagues in India and in Japan to build closer bonding with them.
I have earlier worked for over 3 years in another Japanese company and so I have basic understanding of the language at a spoken level. Besides every day, I have plenty of opportunities to speak to my japanese colleagues in my office.
I am willing to give 2 hours per week ( preferable week ends) with teacher but willing to commit more time every week to work on the language.
