I would like to begin learning Japanese in preparation for a trip to Tokyo in the fall. If I am at all successful, I may continue learning after the trip.
I would prefer in-person lessons near downtown Orlando, where I live; just an hour or so per week, with self-study assignments in between.

I have always wanted to learn these languages. I lived in korea for 2 years and took a basic Korean course. I am at the point that i can understand certain phrases and words and my reading i know all the characters and can read but have a problem understanding at times. I have music in Korea on melon player and bugs music. I am hoping to expand my vocal and finally be able to speak with my Korean friends fluently as well as write music. I started Japanese many years ago and am just picking it back up. i know very little words and also which to learn to converse with friends and also write music. I am willing to go above and beyond to learn these languages. I am usually available evening m-t and f-sun available all day. I am looking for minimal of a native speaker and someone who is patient and able to come up with ways for good study and learning

I have always had a fascination with Japanese Language and Culture and would love to learn to read, write and speak the Language for the Eventuality of a Visit to Japan. As well as being able to Watch Anime without having to rely on the English Translation where I'm sure a lot of meaning is lost. I am a beginner with the language and only know a few words and I am sure I butcher them when trying to speak.
I would like to take lessons every couple weeks if possible due to a lack of flexibility with my work schedule.

I am wanting to learn Japanese because I hope to live there one day. So far, the only things I know how to say is, 'Hello,' and 'Thank you.' I would like to learn every word I can in the Japanese language. I am a mother, a student, and a part-time employee; so, I don't have much time to offer. But I am a quick learner, and I have a love of knowledge. I'm looking for an instructor who preferably of the Japanese native tongue. However, an instructor who has proficient knowledge of the Japanese language will be greatly appreciates.
