I want to learn korean because i have always been facinated with the language and culture. I have basic knowledge of the language and am able to read, however i need further improvement with my vocabulary, grammer and writing.

I am travelling overseas for a holiday to Serbia this year with my partner, to visit his family.
I also find that when spending time with his family, they naturally fall into speaking Serbian, and I would like some familiarity with the language to be able to contribute to the conversation! !
I am a beginner, so will need to start learning from the very beginning.
I am also a single mum who works full time, so can only put a few hours each week into lessons with a teacher, although am very willing to put in more hours doing homework.

I am hoping to learn Swahili as I am visiting my sponsor child and his family at the School of St Jude in Tanzania in February and want to be able to converse in their own language! I have no prior learning in this language as yet. I am happy to dedicate a fair amount of time to this before I go as it's not far away!
I am also interested in learning Spanish as I will be spending some time in Peru in September 2011. I have already learnt some basic spanish and would like to be able to get this to a conversationa l level before my trip.
I do pick up languages fairly quickly and enjoy learning them. I'm looking for a teacher who will challenge me and work to my pace.

Hello, my name is Joseph. I speak English but my father was dutch and i am interested in learning dutch to help communicate with relatives. I speak very little dutch and would need to start as a beginner. I would be looking to devote 1-1.5 hrs per week to learning Dutch, preferably 1:1 live with a tutor, and preferably on a monday afternoon between 12:30 and 3pm. Im not fussy regarding teacher types, but would prefer someone who is patient as i am likely to make lots of mistakes!
