I am a complete beginner who is interested in learning Japanese for personal reasons, nothing to do with necessity. I'm only at beginner level, having never spoken Japanese before (except maybe on anime movies!). I would like to learn Japanese because I wish to live and work in Japan, teaching beginner English classes. As I have said I need to start learning Japanese from scratch but I would prefer particularly to learn conversationa l Japanese. Weekend classes, or weekday classes, once a week would be perfect for me as I already have a prior commitment to universoty work. I only require a tutor who is willing to help me learn, so please be patient!

I am into hospitality industry and it wold be a great advantage if i will be conversant with nihongo, I have studied in tokyo japan 15 years ago, I can still speak the language but not as good as then, I prefer a japanese native speaker for obvious reason. I would like my instructor to test me and rate me as to which level i am into now and how much learnings it should take for me to reach the level i desire.
