I know simple phrases and words, but have never had lessons.
I wish to learn Japanese to be able to communicate with my grandmother. Also, I shall be studying abroad in college and wish to attend a school in Japan for one year.
I will need a beginner course in all areas of my learning experience and am eager to learn.
I would like to dedicate my after school hours and possibly weekends if need be. I am very determined to master the language.
Wh en taking lessons I want the environment to be relaxing, but not to the point that I shall be tempted to allow my mind to wonder. Hopefully my teacher/tutor will converse with me on subjects we both have in common, to have a sort of friendship.

I am interested in learning Japanese along with other languages, as many as I could possibly learn and I am only a beginner at all. I am just learning other languages since it is a good skill to have. I would have to pay the most attention to conversation since this would be my weak point and i would dedicate as much of my free time as possible to make sure i get it right. Hajimemashite! I am barely a beginner in Nihongo. I'd like to learn because I want to go to Japan on a trip to see my friends there. And since I work for a Business Process Outsourceing Company, it would most definitely benefit me if I knew another second language aside from English.
