I would like to take Urdu lessons as my husband and my family in law are Pakistani.
I'm a beginner.
I would like to be able to have a 'day-to-day' conversation in Urdu as well as be able to read the Urdu language. I started learning on my own (with CDs and books, but this didn't seem to work efficiently). Therefore, I'm looking for private lessons (or classes with a small group of people), once a week preferably, from a native Urdu speaker.

Beginner level, looking to learn Pushto as I have a great interest in the area. I would like to concentrate on basic level as at the moment I am a complete beginner. I would describe my french as just bordering into intermediate level. My parents are from Mauritius and therefore I am very familiar with the language. However, I am due to do an MBA in Switzerland in late August 2008 and would like to master the french language.
I really need to focus upon the grammer, conversationa l skills and and reading, as fench articles often throw up inconsistenci es.
I would like to devote myself to french during the vacation - 2/3 weeks and would like to learn for about 4-5 hours per day.
My french tutor should be excellent in grammer and have the ability to expalin any difficulties to me.
