I am a complete beginner.
I hold a master degree in education.
I am specialized in teaching Arabic as a foriegn language for non-native speakers.
I am looking for a professional teacher, preferably a woman, who can start with me from point zero, till I master the Persian, as good as possible.
I need to learn Persian for my future studies. I am applying for Ph.D. programs in Islamic studies & comparative religion. Persian language is a needed pre-requisite .

I am an avid linguist and would like to learn Farsi for personal reasons. I am an absolute beginner in Farsi - however I speak several other languages. I would ideally like to dedicate 1-1.5 hours of class time per week and several more by way of 'home work'. I would require flexibility in class times and not overly expensive.
