I am inexperienced in russian.
I would like to learn Russian so I am able to communicate with my girl friend's family fluenty and for career oppurtunities .

I have no experience with the language but I want to learn Russian as I am planning on visiting there within the next year or two on holiday. I need a teacher that has a flexible schedule as I work long hours. I am not sure how much time I am going to be able to spend on studying. It is something that will have to be worked on and experimented with to determine the best amount of time.

some russian language instruction in undergraduate studies, but this was long time ago. I'd basically be starting over.
I'd like to dedicate at least once maybe twice a week of live instruction with assignments to do throughout the week. So perhaps about 10-12 hours per week.
I need a teacher who is trained at teaching languages. Organized and efficient, and punctual is always appreciated.
