I do not speak any Urdu at all but am interested in learning for travel and career purposes. I speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently and love to study languages. I would like to take Urdu lessons as my husband and my family in law are Pakistani.
I'm a beginner.
I would like to be able to have a 'day-to-day' conversation in Urdu as well as be able to read the Urdu language. I started learning on my own (with CDs and books, but this didn't seem to work efficiently). Therefore, I'm looking for private lessons (or classes with a small group of people), once a week preferably, from a native Urdu speaker.
