I am a beginner, I learned to read basic Arabic for the purposes of reading the Qur'an as a child, but I have forgotten everything except the alphabet.
I am interested in learning to read, write, and speak Abrabic. I am thinking of moving to the middle east to work there for a year or two.
I would like to dedicate a couple of hours a week which includes homework assignments. I also want to learn how to pronounce the words well, this has been difficult for me as a native English speaker.
I am looking for an instructor who has experience with teaching native English speakers, who has a good temperment, and is enthusiastic about teaching Arabic to adults. I would also like a group setting for classes.
