I want to learn the Romanian language fluently, where I am very comfortable speaking to, and understanding Romanian with people from that country. I know no Romanian. However, I have experience with Romance languages. I speak Spanish more or less fluently and can speak Italian conversationa lly. I am probably going to a linguistics summer school in Cluj this summer, and if I do, I figure I might as well stay on for a couple weeks and learn Romanian. Since the purpose of my staying in Romania would be to learn Romanian, I would like to study extensively. I am looking for a teacher with a structured, yet fresh approach. I would like as much as possible for instruction to be in Romanian.
